There was a moment — after cancer, after caregiving, after all the roles I thought defined me had fallen away — when I stood in the quiet and realized: I didn’t want to reinvent myself. I wanted to remember myself.
I had spent years in service — to my family, my community, my clients, my country. I had built a successful career in corporate leadership, conducted trauma research with military servicemembers, supported people through grief, loss, and unimaginable transition.
But my own midlife awakening asked something deeper of me.
It asked me to trust myself.To soften the striving.
To come home to the woman I had always been becoming.
And in that reclamation, Reclaim was born.
